Our Story

We didn't set out to make granola. We set out to make real food easier.

Sahha means health. It's the word our founder — a nurse, a mother — heard at her grandmother's Mediterranean table long before she heard it in a hospital.

After years of working with patients of all ages whose mornings started with refined sugar and processed cereal, she wanted a different kind of pantry staple for her own family. Breakfast was where it began, but Sahha is just as at home over yogurt after school, on a smoothie bowl at lunch, or by the handful on a long afternoon.

Today, Sahha is our answer: a small-batch granola built for the way modern families really live — busy, curious, and quietly committed to feeding themselves well.

Why we bake with extra virgin olive oil.

Most granola on the shelf is bound with canola, sunflower, or soybean oil — highly processed seed oils that survive in a pantry but not in a bloodstream.

We use heart-healthy extra virgin olive oil instead. It's what gives Sahha its signature crunch, its savory depth, and its richness in polyphenols and monounsaturated fats.

    We use certified gluten-free oats. Our facility handles tree nuts and sesame; each pouch is clearly labeled.

    Yes. Every recipe is sweetened only with whole Medjool dates and raw orange blossom and clover honey.

    How long does a bag stay fresh?

    A sealed bag stays fresh for about 2–3 months in a cool, dry pantry.

    How does ordering & pickup work?

    Place your order online at least 3 days in advance so we can bake your granola fresh. Payment is collected securely at checkout, then we'll email you when your bag is ready for local pickup in Naperville, IL.
