Our Story
Sahha means health.
It's also our whole reason for existing.

Sahha started at a kitchen counter — not a factory. Before motherhood, our founder was a registered nurse caring for patients of all ages — and she holds a degree in nutrition science, the study of how food and nutrients impact health and prevent disease. Again and again she saw the same quiet truth: people needed better, more nutrient-dense food to actually feel well.
While in college, she studied the Mediterranean Diet in Florence, Italy — immersing herself in the traditions and principles of a way of eating centered around wholesome ingredients, balance, and connection. That experience stayed with her and inspired the foundation of Sahha: a Mediterranean-inspired granola crafted with thoughtfully chosen ingredients like extra virgin olive oil, dates, honey, nuts, seeds, and whole grains.
The real turning point came during her own pregnancy. She was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and quickly realized how much of what she was reaching for — including granola marketed as "healthy" — was still spiking her blood sugar. She wanted a breakfast that felt like a ritual, not a compromise. Something she could feed her growing baby, and later her family, without hesitation.
So she began building one. Whole rolled oats, almonds, Medjool dates, orange blossom and clover honey, chia, flax, sesame, coconut, warm cinnamon — bound in heart-healthy extra virgin olive oil instead of seed oils. Baked in small batches, tuned for steady energy instead of a sugar crash.
Sahha is that granola: a small, honest bag of real food, built to enhance the wellness of the whole family — from a mother managing her blood sugar, to a partner powering through a long day, to a child heading into a busy morning at school.
The Bigger Mission
Family wellness, one bowl at a time.
Granola is where we started, but our real work is helping families build breakfast and snacking rituals rooted in nutrition — meals that support steady energy, healthy blood sugar, and long-term wellbeing.
We believe better mornings quietly change everything — how kids show up at school, how parents show up at work, how a family shows up for each other.
